1. Rental Agreement: All rentals are subject to a rental agreement that outlines the terms of use, responsibilities, and liabilities. You must sign this agreement before taking possession of the RV.

2. Age Requirement: Renters must be at least 25 years old and possess a valid driver’s license. Additional drivers must also meet these requirements.

3. Payment Terms: A valid credit card is required for all reservations. Full payment is due at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards.

4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the rental date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the rental date will incur a cancellation fee.

5. Insurance: Renters are required to have insurance coverage for the RV during the rental period. You may purchase insurance through us or provide proof of your own coverage.

6. Use of RV: The RV must be used for personal, recreational purposes only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited. Renters are responsible for any damages incurred during the rental period.

7. Return Policy: The RV must be returned in the same condition as received, with a full tank of gas and clean interior. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the RV is returned excessively dirty.

8. Limitation of Liability: RoamRigs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our RVs. Renters assume all risks associated with their rental.

9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which RoamRigs operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that state.

By renting an RV from RoamRigs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
