1. Return Eligibility: You may return products within 7 days of receipt if they are unopened and in their original packaging. Perishable items, such as fresh seafood, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Refund Timing: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
