You may return any unworn and unused items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@sneakpeak.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Include your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items may be non-returnable, including but not limited to personalized products or items marked as final sale. Please check the product description for details.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
