1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items marked as final sale

6. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
