At Spice Haven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our Refund and Return Policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unopened and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns for opened or used products due to health and safety regulations.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@spicehaven.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Include your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
