1. Return Period: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or custom products, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

4. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
