1. Return Eligibility
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unopened and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on perishable items or custom orders.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value.
