1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for instructions.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used, including loose leaf teas and accessories that have been removed from their packaging.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us for assistance.
