Refund and Return Policy

At TradeNest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy.

1. Return Period
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@tradenest.com to obtain a return authorization. Include your order number and reason for the return.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@tradenest.com.
