You may return any unused and undamaged trailer within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team.

2. Return Process
To return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
  2. Pack the trailer securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of your receipt and the Return Authorization Number.
  4. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned trailer, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including custom orders or items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
