You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original packaging and condition.


2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as opened e-liquids and used vaping devices, cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.


5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
