At Pixel Haven, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.
1. Return Period
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items

- Opened video games or consoles

5. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
