1. Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are in their original condition and packaging. Live plants must be returned in a healthy state.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@greenhaven.com to obtain a return authorization. Include your order number and reason for the return.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items, such as custom orders or clearance items, may not be eligible for return or refund. Please check the product description for details.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
