Refund and Return Policy
At VineCraft, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a refund and return policy as outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened bottles of wine.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vinecraft.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@vinecraft.com and we will provide you with further instructions.
