1. Services
We provide custom manga illustrations, character design, comic book creation, and art commissions. All services are subject to availability and may change without notice.

2. Pricing
Pricing for our services starts at $50 for character sketches. Detailed pricing for other services will be provided upon request. All prices are subject to change and will be confirmed before any work begins.

3. Payment
Payments are to be made in full before the commencement of any work. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified during the checkout process.

4. Intellectual Property
All artwork created by Manga Muse remains the intellectual property of Manga Muse until full payment is received. Upon receipt of payment, the client will receive the rights to use the artwork as agreed upon in the commission contract.

5. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After this period, we reserve the right to retain a portion of the payment based on the work completed.

6. Limitation of Liability
Manga Muse shall not be liable for any damages that may occur in connection with the use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Manga Muse operates.
