4. Orders and Payments
To place an order, you must provide accurate information regarding your event. A deposit may be required to secure your order. Full payment is due prior to delivery.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
If you need to cancel your order, please notify us at least 14 days in advance for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

6. Delivery
We offer delivery services for our cakes. Delivery fees may apply based on the distance from our bakery. We are not responsible for any damages that occur after the cake has been delivered.

Sweet Matrimony is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
