At AmmoSphere, we strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including opened ammunition and any products that have been used or damaged.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@ammosphere.com and send your item to the address provided in the email.
