1. Rental Agreement
By renting a bike from Cycle Haven, you agree to return the bike in the same condition as it was rented. You are responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the rental period.

2. Rental Period
The rental period begins at the time of pickup and ends at the time of return. Late returns may incur additional charges.

3. Payment
All rentals must be paid in full at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and online payment systems.

4. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental period will incur a cancellation fee.

5. Liability
Cycle Haven is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the rental period. Renters are encouraged to wear helmets and follow all safety guidelines.

6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cycle Haven operates.
