At Bounce Haven, we strive to provide the best service and products to our customers. Our refund and return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction.

1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental date. If you cancel within 48 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

2. Equipment Issues: If you experience any issues with the rented equipment during your event, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and determine if a refund or replacement is warranted.

3. Return of Equipment: All rented items must be returned in the same condition as received. Any damages or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges.

4. Process for Refunds: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
