1. Return Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Certain items, such as custom orders or appraised coins, may not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@coincrafters.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Include your order number and the reason for the return.

3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.

4. Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

5. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
