Your satisfaction is our priority at Costume Crafters. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.


1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.


2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@costumecrafters.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.


3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.


4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the same return process and specify your desired exchange in your return request.


5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Customized or personalized items


6. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
