1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Certain items, such as opened sterilization products, may not be eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@dentalnest.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and the reason for the return.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
