At SkyWare, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our Refund and Return Policy below.

1. Return Period
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@skyware.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for the return.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including opened software, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
