At GlimmerGems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our Refund and Return Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition and packaging. Custom-designed pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@glimmergems.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Include your order number and reason for the return.

3. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the return shipping costs.
