Refund and Return Policy

At MotoGrove, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a refund and return policy as outlined below.

1. Return Period: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as used motorcycles, custom orders, and clearance items, are non-returnable. Please check the product description for specific return information.

3. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

4. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
