1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@teevibe.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.

3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Non-Returnable Items
Some items may be non-returnable, such as customized t-shirts or final sale items. Please check the product description for details.

6. Shipping Costs
