Refund and Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority at SkateSphere. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at support@skatesphere.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Include your order number and reason for the return.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and items marked as final sale. Please check the product description for details.
6. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
