At UnderLuxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy.

1. Return Period
You may return any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Include your order number and the reason for the return. Once you have the RAN, securely package the item and ship it back to us.

3. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened lingerie and shapewear cannot be returned. Please check the product description for details.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
