Welcome to Rhythm Haven! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and facilities. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in our classes or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Membership
Memberships are available for purchase and are non-transferable. Monthly memberships start at $75 and provide access to our classes as per the schedule. Membership fees are due at the beginning of each month.

3. Class Attendance
Students are encouraged to attend classes regularly. If you are unable to attend a class, please notify us in advance. Make-up classes may be available at the discretion of the instructor.

4. Code of Conduct
All students are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow students. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class.

5. Liability Waiver
By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that dance involves physical activity and carries inherent risks. You agree to waive any claims against Rhythm Haven for injuries sustained during classes.

6. Changes to Terms
Rhythm Haven reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rhythm Haven operates.
