Welcome to AquaAdventures! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By booking a diving tour with us, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Booking and Payment:
All bookings must be made in advance. A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 14 days before the tour date. Payments can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

2. Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 14 days prior to your scheduled tour for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

3. Health and Safety:
All participants must complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit to participate in diving activities. AquaAdventures reserves the right to refuse service to anyone deemed unfit for diving.

4. Liability Waiver:
All participants must sign a liability waiver before engaging in any diving activities. This waiver releases AquaAdventures from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during the tour.

5. Code of Conduct:
Participants are expected to follow the instructions of the dive instructors at all times. Any behavior that endangers the safety of others or disrupts the tour may result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.

6. Changes to Terms:
AquaAdventures reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
