Welcome to Strum Academy! By accessing our website and participating in our electric guitar camps, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Camp Registration: To register for a camp, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Payment: The fee for each week-long session is $299. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. We accept various payment methods, which will be detailed during the checkout process.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy: If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least 14 days before the camp start date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the camp start date will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow campers. Strum Academy reserves the right to remove any participant who violates this code of conduct without a refund.

6. Liability Waiver: By participating in our camps, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Strum Academy is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during the camp.

7. Changes to Terms: Strum Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Strum Academy operates.
